The Council determines Polish Pest Control Federation strategic directions of activities performing as a promoter of public health protection, sanitary standards, centre for organising of owners, who are guided by quality standards and consumers' benefits. It consists of distinguished scientists and people invited to cooperation by Council of Organisers on proposal of the PPCF Board.

DVM, Ph.D., Sc.D. Krzysztof Kwiatek - National Veterinary Research Institute in Pulawy. Graduated Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Agricultural University in Lublin. The head of Department of Hygiene of Animal Feeding Stuffs.

Prof. Ph.D. Sc.D. Jan K. Ludwicki - Director of National Institute of Hygiene, Deputy Chairman of Polish Farmakopea Committees. Graduated Faculty of Pharmacy of Medical University of Warsaw and specialized studies in the field of toxicology – University of Rochester, USA.

Ph.D. Lucjan Szponar - National Food and Nutrition Institute, member of Institute's Science Council and graduate of Medical Faculty of Medical University of Lublin. Member of Committee of Human Nutrition of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Many years' director of WHO Collaborating Centre for Nutrition (1993-2000).

Ph.D. Halina Turlejska – National Food and Nutrition Institute. Graduated Faculty of Food Technology of University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. Doctor of technological science. Expert in the area of food safety and health quality as well as hygiene and rationalisation of nutrition and also putting into practice systems of quality providing in food production and processing.

Ph.D. Sc.D. Tadeusz Wijaszka – the director of National Veterinary Research Institute in Pulawy. Counsellor of the National Security Office, member of Unit for Veterinary Medicinal Products at Ministry of Health. For his up-to-date activity awarded Officer's Cross of Order of Poland Reborn.
